After the years of training I found that high frequency training is one of the best and fastest ways to build size and strength fast. And in this article I'll share with you simple yet very effective method of developing your upper back at the fastest rate possible. All you need for this is only one exercise - it's good old wide-grip pull ups. But there is more, pull ups is a complex upper body movement so by regularly practicing them not just your upper back but your whole upper body will grow bigger. Just do 5-6 sets of pull ups with your 40-50% rep max 5-6 days a week. Also try to add one rep every next week of training. Take as much rest as you need between sets. Remember!
