Build Lean Muscle While On The Beach

I don't know about you but I really like going to the beach and in places like Sunny Beach in Bulgaria I could live like forever ;). Along with swimming and enjoying the weather you can have awesome and brief full body workout.
Just do 5 short sprints at maximum speed while your whole body is under the water with only head popping out. I remember back from my track sprinting and American football days how effective sprinting with high resistance is! Hell even track superstar Usain Bolt does this in a swimming pool as a part of his training routine!
