Yep you read it right. For many people cardio associates with boredom, and I don't blame them. There's nothing exiting about sweating in a stinky gym on a treadmill. And that's why many people fail in achieving their training goals. Listen cardio is needed for cardiovascular health, for fat loss and for overall development(who cares if you can bench press a car if you can't walk the set of stairs without hyperventilating).
Fortunately there's a solution. Next time you need to do cardio just go for a walk(yep good old walk) or you can even go hiking. Be in the moment, observe surroundings, if you want to you can even jog. From my own experience I can tell you, that it produces results much faster(I don't know maybe it's because of fresh air), and most importantly you feel mentally recharged and looking forward to the next session!
And it doesn't take a lot of your time, 20-40 minute non-stop walk or power walk will do the trick!
